QuestBack Extra User enables your organisation to work even more efficiently by letting additional colleagues work within QuestBack and have access to user accounts.
QuestBack offers different user types to help your organisation work more efficiently with QuestBack.
QuestBack Professional User
QuestBack Professional User is an additional user to those included in the QuestBack subscription. This additional user will have access to all parts of the service, depending on what access is set by the account Super user.
QuestBack Reporter User
QuestBack Reporter User allows reading and editing access to reports and respondent’s feedback. It also enables the Reporter User to analyze and extract reports.
